SHIPPING & ORDER INFORMATION 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Here at TOPICSAVI, every order received is custom-made upon request. This means it is processed and placed in production as the order is received. 

Production for our phone and AirPod cases ranges from 1-10 business days or less, depending on order volumes. Once completed, the item is inspected for quality and then shipped. 

Depending on your location, your items can take 1-15 business days to be received. Items are generally delivered in a lesser timeframe. 

However, for those living in Toronto, Ontario and its surrounding regions, you can expect to receive your order in 1-2 business days once it has been shipped.

* Note: The shipping time mentioned on our checkout page reflects the shipping time ONLY and not production. 

We know the importance of your receiving your order on time. Therefore we always aim to complete the production and shipping process quickly and efficiently. 

 * Please note due to COVID-19 protocols world-wide, these times are subject to fluctuation.  

Where can I find my tracking number? 

Your tracking number will be issued once your order is shipped. Please check your email for these details. 

What should I do if I have not received my order? 

If you have not received your order, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please check to see whether you filled in the correct address for your order. This can be verified in your confirmation email that was sent after your order was placed. 

If all of the information is provided is correct, but your order has still not been received, let us know! We'd be more than happy to assist. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

What is your return or exchange policy? 

Due to the nature of our cases and how they are produced, we do not accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final. However, if you have received the wrong item or your product is defective we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We'd be more than happy to rectify this issue. Quality products and customer satisfaction are our priorities. 

For flawed items, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

For incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receipt. 

Under what circumstance will a refund be issued? 

A refund is issued when replacing the item is considered unsatisfactory. Refunds are issued immediately. Depending on your banking institution, it may take some time before it is deposited into your account. 

Do you have an extended return or exchange policy? 

We'd like to believe that we provide quality items, but perfection is sometimes unattainable. If you experience unusual fading, or any other rare issue we encourage you to contact us. 

WARRANTY POLICY

All of our phone cases are protected under 1 year warranty. This warranty covers any of the issues mentioned above such as unusual fading, peeling, or any rare issues that may arise.

AirPod cases and Ring holders are NOT covered under this warranty. If you encounter any issues with these items please contact us immediately upon receipt or within 30 days of receiving the item. 

OTHER INQUIRIES 

Tough or Slim? Which case should I choose? 

Our Tough Cases offer multilayered protection, which include an external cover made of durable plastic, a rubber bumper, and an inner protective layer. These cases are suitable for individuals that want 360 protection for their phone. 

Our Slim Cases are suitable for individuals that are minimalistic and prefer the lightweight "barely there" feel offered by this particular phone case. 

Can TOPICSAVI's rubber bumpers be used with a slim case? 

No. The rubber bumpers offered with our Tough cases cannot be used with our Slim cases. 

How do TOPICSAVI's gift cards work? 

Our gift cards are digital and are sent via email to the recipient. 

Where are TOPICSAVI's cases made? 

TOPICSAVI is a Canadian company. Our cases are proudly designed in Canada.
